I tried them for quite a while, earlier along this "path" : )
I learned how to do them right, and I know the theory, but I would definitely get a caffeine "buzz". Not the same as drinking it, more mild, pleasant, not jittery. I really enjoyed the feeling, as others said - best part of my day. I eventually stopped, since I noticed no benefit (other than the mental one). I think it's great if they help others, but they were not for me.
