I've been eating blue cheese every day for 3 months now, it is BY FAR the most effective thing I've done for my health, how is that even possible?
To give you an example of how effective it is, i feel better on a diet of junk food & sweets + blue cheese everyday than i do on the typical anti-candida diet or a raw food diet or a low-carb diet of veggies and fish without blue cheese.
I've had 5 colonic sessions, did P&B shakes, tried natural antifungals, tried fluconazole, tried raw food diet, fruitarian diet, zero-carb diet.
Why does blue cheese beat all those approaches? I know of 2 other members who've had similar experience with blue cheese.
