I've been doing a lot of enemas lately - albeit, plain-water ones, but still - just wondering if my body is going to forget how to "go" on it's own? Today I didn't have my normal BM (after drinking some tea) and now I'm feeling like I need an enema, and I don't want to have to rely on them to "go"-
