Yes, thank you Chris...I knew you'd know.

What I failed to mention also, is that this is also one of the reasons why it is so important that fasting be done when you can be in as peaceful-and-easy a situation as possible.

The less stress you can deal with, the better off you will be. I consider anyone who can afford an actual fasting CLINIC go for the full experience.

I learned about fasting when a teenager when meeting someone who went to one of [Shelton's?] clinics back in the 70s.

Wow. What a change in that man. It left a mark on my brain...a very good mark.
