While staying hydrated is extremely important, this will not fix those who are Chronically constipated. Same goes for fiber. Candida Toxins, Methane producing bacteria, etc will slow intestinal transit time, hardening stool leaving you constipated. Stress also plays a role.
Once you reduce/eliminate your Candida/SIBO/Gut-Dysbiosis you will regain proper intestinal function and become "regular".
