Getting the most out of a parasite test?

Hey. Anyone have any ideas how to get the most out of a stool test?

I know some labs say to stop probiotics abnd digestive enzymes. I've also heard its better to take a test at least a few days away from taking Antibiotics . Would it not be a good idea to eat stuff like garlic though if it could annoy the parasites and cause them to release more stuff?

I know most tests aren't very reliable with parasite testing but I might try to test with a few specialty labs like biohealth and meridian valley. I figure if I find anything else besides flukes or even a fluke diagnosis it couldn't hurt although I'm continuing with anti fluke protocols. Also if anything comes of these tests, I'll let the forum know, seems we could use more reliable testing, etc.

Thanks
