I don't have all the answers - and I do hope others will chime in to tell you more about good resources re: Amalgam fillings. But I wanted to address some of your questions.

You said that you still have to see any improvements. What improvements are you looking for? How is your health right now? What oil are you pulling with? I am surprised that you have not seen much improvement but as you can imagine it depends on your current state of health and oils you are using. Have you experimented with other oils?

Great that you stayed with it anyway, I am sure that it is doing lots of good - it may not be that obvious. OP is one of the greatest preventative health technique:)

PULLING ON EMPTY STOMACH - OP stimulates some healing in the body, no doubt. Depending on your health, pulling after a meal can make you quite nauseous because you shift your body from 'digesting' into 'clearing' function. Digestion takes a lot of energy from the body and so does healing - in my view it is just easier for the body to focus on one function at a time. In other words, you will affect the digestion by puling too early after a meal.

CHIPPED MOLAR - OP will prevent bacteria from colonising your tooth and this will save your tooth in the long run. To breed bacteria needs food and so it can't survive in a clean environment. It has been theorised that oil does much better job than listerine and alcohol in cleaning the oral cavity and teeth and thus making it impossible for bacteria to survive.
