Itchy Bottom

**Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.**

Itchy bottom (inside and out) after bowel movements, Long walks,and sometimes at night.

Sometimes I can feel them move/ fall off to my leg and sting me, but I can't see them since they are microscopic. Feels gross/scary.

Been to a few walk-ins and a colorectal specialist to check for hemorrhoids.

Have been prescribed/taken

-Albendazole for pin worms x
-Cortisone/Creams for rashes x
-No Hemorrhoids found x
-Diflucan and Creams for yeast x
-Stool tests negative but probably for the wrong culture
-I don't have allergies

The next thing I'm guessing is protozoans like Giardia or B. Hominis but I'm not sure.

I don't have any stomach problems, everything is fine except for the occasional itch/feeling of movement.

It was really bad a few weeks ago, could not sleep. I would have to keep going to the bathroom to clean up a lot with alcohol/hand sanitizer because that was the only thing to partially stop the itching/stinging/movement.
