Thanks. I know I need to be more patient. I think I could be if I knew it was a definite fix. ha! I will look into vitamin C. I do take multivitamin and exercise daily. I'm a healthy 47 yr old but lately my diet is not so great (I used to be a health nut!) ..been stress eating...sweets, carbs, fats = BAD girl! I really appreciate the encouragement. I didn't know the bone could be rebuilt. So many websites say dental bone is not able to grow back and of course the perio. wants you to get the implants for $8,000 so they will say anything! urgh.
