Re: Question about adrenal fatigue/histamine

Hi there. I am the queen of chemical sensitivity lol. I've got terrible histamine issues and I'm also sensitive to salicylates. I've been dealing with these issues along with adrenal fatigue, mast cell activation disorder, and dysautonomia for about two years. I suffered quite extensively until I found the Failsafe elimination diet. During a severe flare up I was so sensitive that I could not leave my house without a face mask and I could not put anything in my mouth without a severe reaction. Even water. Nevermind supplements or medications...those were a big no!
In a last ditch effort (because I was literally starving to death) I went failsafe and immediately began to feel better. Its been about 6 months and I am 85% back to normal. I deal with a few annoying symptoms but nothing like before. I still eat failsafe, but I am slowly being able to add back other foods. I still avoid medications whenever possible and don't mess with supplements aside from small doses of vitamin c and some quercetin.

If you suspect Histamine Intolerance try the failsafe diet for 6 weeks and see if you feel better. I also recommend vitamin c (the best hypoallergenic and purest brand is called Perque) and also quercetin. Quercetin has been a lifesaver for me. I order dr.ron's brand, as it is ultra pure with no fillers.

Hope this helps!!
