I haven't read all is stuff, but I would be surprised he wants us to stay away from healthy oils, rather he probably means canola and all heavily processed Genetically-Modified oils. Heated oils can be bad too, as they oxidise, but not oil pulling. Your body needs healthy fats, can't lie without them, organic, cold press not heated oils are the best, so is raw butter - if you can get it:) Tweet
