Disregard the post above mine, or at least part of it.

There is nothing wrong with taking those herbs, they have a few thousand years of history behind them.

Adaptogens work to normalize the hormonal system. So taking it at night time to help you sleep is perfectly fine.

Comparing them to benzodiazepines is a little bit silly and imo fearmongering. Not to mention that most of the benzo drugs contain fluoride along with the drugs themselves that transport the fluoride directly to your brain calcifying your pineal gland (the gland that is responsible for melatonin production and sleep cycles).

The formula sounds really good in that it is supporting the adrenals with the herbs and also the THYROID with the tyrosine at the same time.

The brain is more than a giant GABA processing center.

The liver is always involved in metabolic problems, part of its job is to process excess cortisol.
