You can private message me if you want, I don't mind. As far as the benedryl goes I would proceed with caution. It only aggravated my condition more. Like I said, it takes at least 6 weeks for histamine levels to drop typically, so you may not see results right away but stick with it. Also keep in mind that not all foods on failsafe may be tolerated. For instance I can't have any nuts ir beans at all, yet there are a few kinds of beans and cashews on the list. The cornerstone of my diet is the russet potato, yet I've heard from others that they do not tolerate potatoes. Its best to try small amounts and monitor reactions. Remember that in your current state you're going to react to everything, bit some foods will cause a stronger reaction than others. In my first month of failsafe all I could handle were boiled poatatoes with salt. Its a tedious process but once you get an idea of what works for you it becomes way easier.
