Thoughts on Dr. Ohirra Probiotics for candida/leaky gut

Hi Dr Bakker,

What are your thoughts on Dr. Ohirra probiotics?

i took it for 1 month while i was on the H pylori 7 day HPac a few months ago. I retested for h pylori through a breath test and it is negative. I could tell its gone cause i no longer get heart burn from eating acidic fruits and spicy food.
This probiotic helped my stools become more solid and easier to pass.

Is there a better/ specific probiotic brand with all the bacteria strains you mention in your blog? I would like to buy a probiotic just not sure which one.

PS i take the NOW full spectrum digestive enzymes. it kinda helps but not too much. Tweet
