I bought Otravin Sea Salt nasal spray for the nose. First use: it unblocked two small things that were blocking the sinuses. I am continuing to use it.

Ears: people have recommended eucalyptus oil on a cotton bud tip. Or anti-fungal cream/thrush cream.

I am using Nilstat thrush cream for crawling sensations on private parts. It helps a lot.

I do not feel that for me it is a good idea to put drugs in the nose or ears. That is too direct a route to the bloodstream. It might not be a good idea.

However, I am open to hearing from anyone who has done this successfully. I don't have any answers. I am new to all of this.
