You're right, you have to get to the root of the problem. The root of the problem is your overall gut flora, which cannot be corrected merely by probiotics.
For the lymph I have been using a Far Infrared Sauna , which I still use. Exercise is cheaper and better though. I've always been athletic and had no problem sweating, so this aspect has never been a problem for me.
Just a note, working about your lymph is good, but it's one of the last cleanses you should worry about. See DR Sutter's book and methods, he has the right idea.
