The whole Foster PDF is worth a read, reread. IMO he is touching core: linking cows milk to diabetes, MS etc; seen it before. But when linking this to a possibly Iodine deficient milk due to inferior fooding / pasture of the cows...
- Then we are talking IMO, page 99 and others; like the connection between thyroid, thyroxine, betacarotene convertion to vit A.
