switch to your plan?
Hi dr Jeff.
I came across your forum today and I see you have very interesting informations here. I read entire day.
Few days ago I started diet consisting of:
Meet, eggs, most vegetables, chicken broth with gelatin added, almonds, butter, olive oil, homemade cow milk kefir and some spices.
What do you think about this?
I am thinking about switching to your plan. But I am most concern about dairy being last food to add. Why is dairy so bad??? We can add sugar and bread first and dairy last. Not even butter or homemade kefir (great probiotic)??
And I have questions about few more foods. Are they ok in your plan:
Smoked fish
Canned fish/tuna
Pickled herring (very popular where I live)
AF herbs: ashwagandha, licorice, ginseng, nettle (should I stop taking them??)
