Anyway just I don’t see myself two months without probiotics (kefir) on your program, when even after one day my BMs gets so hard that it hurts to expel them. But feel free to disabuse me. Btw. Before I knew about kefir and only was on not fermenting diet I got myself hemorrhoids and bleeding. I still need few puzzles to solve this.
