Re: Mountain Man beats Court

Another example of where the court can be beat is the Denver raid on pot. http://benswann.com/feds-raid-colorado-pot-industry-after-promising-not-to-in...

"One individual’s lawyer told The Denver Post, “They took $1 million worth of plants from his facility,” said Wollrab, who represents Laszlo Bagi, owner of Swiss Medical in Boulder. “They didn’t leave any instructions, saying don’t replant. There was no court order of cease and desist. No explanation.”

According to a Justice Department representative in Denver, no arrests were actually made in the raids. The raids were conducted by, the Internal Revenue Service criminal investigations unit, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Denver Police Department and state and local law enforcement.

Perhaps the most interesting element of this event is that the local police were involved. State law allows citizens to grow, smoke and medicate with marijuana."

Here they stole the pot plants, without a court order/warrant since they didn't arrest anyone. So the police are acting on their own without any complaint or the court being involved violating the Constitution they swore to uphold.

There were no charges filed. They didn't say which law was broken. Probably because it was only the police and federal goons who were braking the law.

And the Denver local and state police, who are supposed to enforce Colorado laws that were passed by the people, were involved. So they violated the very laws they are supposed to enforce.

And you always hear that federal law trumps state law. That's true in about 20 instances according to the Constitution. Like if it involves commerce between states. But it sounds like all this was involved solely inside the state, which the federal government has no constitutional right to be involved in.

So basically we have an out of control "police force" violating the Constitution AND state law. It shows it is nothing more than a criminal gang. And the Colorado police are nothing more than idiots for not knowing what the law is. They aided and abetted the federal goons who don't know the law either. A good attorney or even any person who know the law can sue these goons for a lot of money. But lets see what happens as a result of this. The lawyer will probably play ball with the "police" and "court", and get the charges dropped when there never was any. And the pot growers will be out of the money for the profits and lawyer costs. When if the pot growers knew the law, they could own the police department and set the standard and president for this type of thing and stop the theft by these criminal gangs most call the government and their employees.

Here in Washington State, you can file tort actions against these criminals. http://www.des.wa.gov/services/Risk/claims/Pages/standardTortClaims.aspx
But in reality this is no more than the government investigating itself. People need to files these things in the US District courts and clean up this garbage and take the country back one suit at a time.
