My palps are about 90% gone most of the time. Taking aloe vera and L-glutamine helped about 20%, removing Dairy from my diet helped about 50%, and keeping away from high histamine/junkfoods helped about the other 20%. For me, the palpitations are directly linked to the gut, and not the copper.
It took me 4+ years of trying to uncover the cause of my palps to get to this, but if your anything like me it is probably something you are eating that is causing the problem.
I know it sounds like a leap, but a really restrictive diet you could entertain is the 80-10-10 diet. I am doing a really lazy version (probably closer to 60-20-20) right now and it is helping me.
