Great question!! Most of us (I presume) are feeling our way through all this...but If my hunch is correct the upper intestine Ropes are lighter in color. Here's my thinking; the bulk of what I got out with enemas etc. were darker in color (the Curezone Image file has a picture of the first large very brown one) then during the couple of months of the major healing process the majority were light or clearish. I could feel movement high up (which I thought were liver flukes early on) but after these lighter ropes came out this movement seized. Hope that makes sense. Of course just personal
intuition...

Oh! And I definitely think there are more then one : / a crazy amount really...
