I like the advice too, except for the recommendation to eat soy. Soy is horrible for you! Contains phytoestrogens that mess up your body's hormones, plus almost all soy is GMO crap. There are about a thousand other reasons. Just don't eat soy!
And red meat...I don't know about that one either. Red meat is a huge source of inflammation, not to mention all of the toxins that are in it.
