Hypertrophic scar on nose - possible to get rid of with iodine please?

Hi guys, I have hypertrophic scars on my nose, they are raised scar tissue. One was caused by cystic pimple 5 years ago, then 3 years ago I decided to get rid of it,had microdermabrasion done, nurse made a mistake and left me with another hypetrophic scar - connected to one that I already have. Then few months ago I decided to get rid of it through silicone, which just raised it more than it was. I also have another cystic pimple scar on my left nostril, pretty much hidden, but still visible. Silicone gel also probably raised it up.
Then few days ago I decided to keep using castor oil, I did see some progress on my old scar, but then again also little worsening. I decided to use qtip, which for some reason (even though I was softly pushing on scar) made it white, partially form a scab and made it wider and more raised than it was before.
Anyways, I also have seborrhoeic dermatitis on top of that.

Guys, I want to ask you, I scar easily, I have both atrophic and hypertrophic scars.

Hypertrophic scars are only on my nose. Would Iodine help me get rid of them? I guess I am Iodine defficient, since I scar more easily. Would seborrhoeic dermatitis affect the outcome in any way?

Which type of Iodine and what kind of solution would be best for me?

I also read about iodine causing burns and intendations, is that truth? How high is the risk?

Thanks.
