Colostrum for the gut, symbiotics is good. I agree with digestive enzymes with each meal, I saw a huge difference in stools very quickly with both of these. No more abx, if you believe you have lyme, there are herbal options, olive leaf, etc. I'd also stop the ememas, do Epsom Salt baths to detox, easy and cheap. What does this doc recommend for the vit deficiencies? Btw, I was told I have lyme (test indeterminate), treated with herbs for two yrs and it changed nothing for me.
