a friend with FBD, among other things, has brought up to me the fact that seaweed contains 18mgs of Iodine (that's one oz. or 2 Tbls). this was reported in a comprehensive article on Iodine i just read (tried to post the link but not allowed). you say here it isn't possible to ingest enough Iodine via seaweed to correct a long term problem like FBD. what can i tell her about this seeming contradiction?
