Scriptural Christianity basics

Back to the Bible basics for our place in the Heavenly and earthly Kingdom of God.

Homework assignment before answering this post: Genesis Chapters 1-3. Revelation Chapters 20-22. Matthew and Luke's Gospels Chapter 4 in both (dialogue between Jesus and Satan). Revelation 3:19-21, John 17:21-24.

Sripturally speaking, had Adam and Eve not have eaten of the fruit, we would have been born in the Garden of Eden. We all would have at least daily encounters with God our Father. We would know how to deal with the serpant correctly by repeating only the words God gave to us in any challenge. We would be fruitful and multiplying, and we would be in charge of all living things, just as God ordained us to be.

In Revelation chapter 20, Christians are placed in the judge's seat,, or in the place of ruling and reigning with Jesus for the 1000 years spoken about in this chapter.

In John's Gospel in the 17th Chapter, His prayer for us to His (our) Father, He wants that we be as He is, where He is.

In Rev. 3:19-21 Jesus is telling those that have overcome that He wants to spend time with us where we are, in our place, one on one. The next verse he is telling us that growing, maturing and being responsible in our positions are giong to be His priorities for us. In the 21st verse, this is the place Jesus wants us, in His place on the Throne seat of God, in His seat, just as His Father gave Him the Father's Seat because Jesus also overcame the world.

Take the invitation of Jesus washing your feet, and welcoming you into His Place, take Jesus up on His invitation to clean you of all of your sins by the blood He shed for each one of us. Take that Blood on you and into you so that it soeaks for you when you are standing in front of God our Father for your judgement and position in eternity (see Genesis 4:10, the blood shed by Able has both identity and a voice with God, Jesus' has those same qualities) and take your place on the Throne With Jesus facing now the whole of creation. Work with Him, learn from Him. Let Him know what you see as a need of His brothers that you would like to help in correcting.

These are your birthrights, your place is secure if you should want to accept them while you are still alive on this earth, not just when you die a believer. We need to be about our Father's business now, not just then.

As a person, you are either a mission field, in need of harvest, or as a Christian as a missonary working in the fields white and ready for the harvest. So where are you?

Ray
