DMgirl I have been following a Schwarzbein type diet for over a year now. It took one year but my anxiety is so much better now. Don't know if it was the diet or just time getting crazy Ativan out of my system but my body feels much calmer right now. I find that if I eat too many carbs or don't balance them out with right amounts of protein and fats I start getting adrenaline rushes and anxiety again! It's a crappy way to live isn't it? Anyway I recommend the diet in that book but you have to stick to it! Do you have hypoglycemia during the day?
