Melatonin sublingual is the only one that has worked me. This stuff works, one of the few supplements that you will notice right away that has a positive effect. Vivid dreams and much decreased sleep latency. Vivid nightmares too but it does not bother me, no nightmare is worse than AF! All this suffering really makes you harder psychologically.
And. For carbs eat mashed potatoes! Potatoes are the cure for adrenal fatigue in case you didnīt know. Haha X)
Seriously, mashed potatoes with salt and olive oil are tasty and they help with calories.
