Re: Re Update on standard adrenal treatment
Glycinate is a good option, the best calcium is by Garden of life, from bones of beef so natural, pretty expensive although has a nice array of additional nutrients for AF.
That´s interesting about proline. I am going to start with colostrum which is very rich in proline so that is a great food based supplemental source.
The B complex is certainty stimulating. Taking two sublingually made me a bit nervous, on top of slightly manic and more energetic. I can understand that severe cases would go bonkers with a B Complex, especially if sublingual.
My next review will be on adaptogens, which more than for AF I want to see their effect on shitty sleep and livelong emotional/social interaction problems. I think a combination of adaptogens and nutrients is a win win for moderate and slight cases. Severe cases are very reactive as can be seen in this forum just with your experience with ashwagandha. For these probably Panthetine, Mag. Cal and vitamin, E, C are safe and maybe something calming that doesn´t backfires.
