I was thinking of getting some Vitamin B5 because my B vitamin complex doesnt have enough. I havent tried calcium supplements yet but I am taking magnesium citrate. I'm trying 1000mg of liposomal vitamin c at the moment no difference from the 2000mg powdered Clinician's brand. I did back off my adrenotone supplement for a week and I didnt notice any bad effects. So far I think my body is getting used to take 15mg a day of HC and 25mg of DHEA. Still having trouble getting to sleep. I will be seeing the doctor next week hopefully get some hormone tests done or something.
