Thank yall so much for all of the advice. This is the best and most in depth forum I have found and I am glad to be apart of it. I lessen the amount of greek yogurt I was eating at one sitting but increased the interval time of it to after each meal. I also started taking a probiotic. Eupepsia...it only has one probiotic in it Lactobacillus Acidophilus but it is loaded with digestive enzymes and was delivered to me in a cold package. I also lowered the amount of Histamine rich foods and I do see a noticable difference.
