Re: What to take for sleep?

Benzo's are said to be problematic, I would personally avoid.

I stopped waking up in the middle of the night after months of perfect eating and enduring insomina HELL. I just had to ride it out.

Inositol 500mg to 6000mg - start low and go slow - still helps mne get back to sleep when I occasionally awaken in themiddle of the night.

500mg to 1500mg of L-tryptophan is another option that sued to work great back when I had mild AFS. Do not take L-tryptophan with SSRIs
