Re: bipolar question

i would also like to know how to take care of my bipolar problem. i have been taking prozac for many years, since my daughter was murdered, 10 years ago. my bipolar is called rapid cycling. it speaks for itself. my father also passed away suddenly this past dec,2003. i am really going through it but acting like im ok. i have been acting for so long im sick of it. i feel like dying most of the time, then i feel guilty about feeling that way. dam, im just stuck. some days im on the high end and feeling great, then all of a sudden, boom, im down again. right now i am very down. went to a close friends wedding yesterday. well she is only 22, and the wedding was like a fairy tale. absolutly beautiful. from the horse and buggy, to the white doves. i mean awesome. at the time i thought i felt happy for her, but by the time the reception came, we ate a little and left. of course we said our goodbyes, and i put on my happy face, but inside i was crying, knowing that i would never see my daughter go down the aisle. now i feel guilty for feeling that way. i take 60 mg. of prozac a day. i am also doing a lot of cleansing to my system, trying to get healthy. any suggestions??? thanks all, cloe
