When feeling like I'm tanking emotionally and have crying spells, I take a tablespoon of ACV mixed with tablespoon of honey (local honey only), and it brings me right out of it. Next time this happens to you, try it and let me know how it works for you.
My diet has been very clean for a long time because I can't tolerate so many foods. Veggies, fruits, and OG grass-fed beef and OG other meats. Absolutely no corn, soy, or wheat or processed foods. No fast foods. I don't like lamb but eat it because it makes me feel wonderful. I think it's the only food I'm not allergic to.
