Allergy/sneezing after sauna
I've noticed that if I spend a long time in my FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna I experience an intense bout of sneezing and sinus drainage.
It's only happened when I stay in over an hour.
When it happens nothing seems to stop it for several hours.
Anyone experience this?
I wonder what could help it.
