I had gotten Albendezole in the US twice a round of 14 days of tablets for 200 by prescription a couple of years ago. The next time I went to purchase the drug manufacturer "changed" the drug therefore the price changed. My 14 day presc was going to cost me 1200$- I left without my presc and then used a compounding pharmascist.I am not sure what the manufacturer changed in the drug but the price jump did not seem realistic to me.
