If that happened to me I would make sure and get A good balance of EFA oils. Hemp oil is what I like, you can try others like flax or fish oils, one might work better for than the other depending on diet. I would do some deep breathing. I get some good fiber in my diet...Sweet potato or squash. Then in order to stop cramping, I would take some magnesium, citrate and glycinate. Take throughout the day and before bed. Relax.
