Re: Doramectin Injection, maybe the world's first on human?

I had dormactin injection for almost a week with 2mL each day. In addition I took moxidectin 100lbs each day. I found this combination is very helpful which inhibit the worm activity around my nose, lips and eyes. I am guessing one theory that Doramactin binds to the blood protein eg albumin and saturated the binding sites, and moxidectin also binds to the blood proteins, so there is a competitive binding between doramectin and moxidectin. Only free drug which is not bind to any protein will take effect, therefore the competitive binding increased the moxidectin free concentration in the blood, therefore give better effect. In addition. Moxidectin is more water soluble than ivermectin and doramectin, therefore can penetrate better to the skins, and inhibit the worm activity in the skin /muscos .etc.
