why ivermectin oral is not the best drug for Dermal & subdermal myiasis

I just read some articles that ivermectin and doramectin are not good drug for treating external parasites such as lice, fly larva etc, because their poor distribution to the dermal subdermal tissue. In contrast, Moxidectin has much better solubility and good distribution to skin, so does eprinomectin. I personally feel that doramectin failed to inhibit the acitivity of the worms around my lips, but moxidectin works like charm. For eprinomectin, other forum (topix) has very good results in treating scabies, reported by many people when they compared the results putting both ivermectin and eprinomectin pour on on their skin.
