Bacterial Vaginosis-This is what worked for me bv

I had tried everything and the BV finally went away after I did some research and made some changes in my diet. I take a NATURAL vitamin E supplement, but it has to be natural vit E not synthetic or it could make your bv worse. If its not natural (synthetic) the label will say dl-tocopherol. If it IS natural it will say d-tocopherol. This is because there are actually four different kinds of vit e in your body the synthetic vitamin E will deplete you of the other forms of Vit E in your body. When you have bv you are lacking in Vit E. I also started eating raw spinach in salads or replaced lettuce with spinach on my sandwiches because of the high Vit E and folic acid, but it HAS to be raw spinach not cooked. Cooked spinach will bring out the iron and you want to stay away from too much iron with bv because the bacteria feeds off of it. Also what makes the bv worse is eating any salami, bacon, pork, or ham. Stay away from meats that come from a pig. This has been successful for me and what has worked for me after having bv for 2 years and I have been bv free for 1 year now! I hope this helps someone that has tried every "cure" like me and nothing worked. Thanks!
