You have said: lots of greens. What greens do youeat? Is salmon you eat wild or farm raised? If you do not eat fruits what you substitute them with? I eat brown rice one serving per day once or twice a week. My main grains substitutes are quinoa and millet which are delicious, especially millet. When I drink tea or chicory root drink, I take nuts(walnuts or pecans) to fill for cookies so I do not feel craving for them.
