I always eat green leafs with low carbs vegetables in my 2 meals, with one kind of animal protein. I buy my salmon at the supermarket, so I guess it's wild, I actually don't care because I don't have other options where I live lol. I don't eat anything else during the day, rarely I eat apple or pear. I sometimes eat sweet potatoes, but I got scared of the starch, and I don't eat that anymore. I'm also doing urine therapy, it's my second month, and I'm going to fast using urine and water, with some drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract per day. I think I'm going to try a 30 day fast. Be strong too guys!
