I have a strong larva activity under the skin but not on the skin. Who won't be? Anybody being a host should be worried. Reg infecting others it's somewhat silly. Such super families don't go around like pinworms that's if you trust parasitology LOL! Just keep a good hygiene and you won't infect anybody. Even if you swallow larva you might not get the infection since you need 2 sexes, to survive the stomach acid, immune response unlike their eggs, etc.
