Thanks for the reply squeaky. Mayo is definitely essential for me too. I'll honest making my own mayo seems like a big pain in the butt. I also dont have a food processor..

Someone from another forum recommed this product called "Vegenaise Original" (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-gmo)

I cant post a link to the product on this site yet but here are the Ingredients:
Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Filtered Water, Brown Rice Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Soy Protein, Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Lemon Juice Concentrate. Contains: Soy

Im sure it doesnt taste no way as good as regular mayo but do u think that's good to eat on the candida diet?

They have other kinds too but im not allowd to post links yet
