Prof? Whats Ur take on Selenium ? Or r u simply taking brazil nuts?
And Magnesium? My plant based diet offers me a Daily amount of approx. 500-600 mg per day. But so far i took Magnesium citrite on Top of that.
Zinc is Difficult for me since plant based is generally higher in copper.
What about the High amounts of vit B2 and B3 ? Do u take Those ?
