do not ignore it, do whatever it takes to change the belief, the belief, the energy we give it, the impact we allow it to have keeps it there. I've tried everything i've heard mentioned on here for real. Looking back the only times it receded is when I was pumped up, I felt full of energy and believed it was leaving, it's like what came first the chicken or the egg? I'd sa ythe egg because a chicken evolved into a chicken before it was called a chicken and likelihood is the pre-chicken layed eggs... So did dinosaurs... The egg came first however, the times candida has receded in my body, the times the symptoms have disappeared have been when I have been full of energy and full of the belief that I am winning the battle, to the point of wher eit is not a batle... Then I get run down again and it comes back. My symptoms are minimalistic now compared to how it has ben at times, surely a sign I am on the right road to recovery, and another reason I havent been on here for over a week. I am trying not to associate with my problems and if anything help others fix theres no matter how doubtful my claims may appear, mind over matter is all.
