I tried it couple of years ago long before I started the low carb diet.
Didn't take Magnesium at the time so I used to have problem sleeping and drinking a lot of coffee in the morning.
Anyway, a friend gave me a 5 gallon bottle... it tasted good and I was sleeping A LOT. It was a very pleasant kind of sleepiness. But then I started feeling sleepy in the day time too so I stopped. My friend said it was detox symptoms and I needed to keep going to get whatever out of my system.
All in all it was a good experience but I didn't feel I needed to invest that much into it until I learn more.
