Because; I have seen people with hypoglycemia, low, very low and extremely low. But; similar symptoms happens with a very HIGH blood sugar, only it seems as if the brain doesnt get any.

Changing diet to a full fat one, then quit all junk food or even close, all vegetable oils, all sweeteners except honey and full cane sugar, possibly maple sirup, palm sugar.

MS skyrocketing these days, same as all types of diabetes.
