Re: Old Injuries - Inflammation During a Crash

yes, I get this now when I over-exert. Muscle, joint and ligament injuries that are normally dormant seem to come to the forefront.

For example: I have some kind of shoulder strain from listing a king-sized bed that normally doesn't bug me... but when I "over do" it with stress or exercise, I can feel it.

Sometimes 2 - 5 grams of d-ribose can "rescue" me back to normal pretty quickly, other kinds of injuries (my knee from skateboarding) seem unaffected.
